Every machine we host reports its hashrate every five minutes. Uptime is the share of those readings that showed any hashing at all, across every machine reporting that day. Load counts each reading as the machine’s hashrate over its rated hashrate, capped at 100%, so a machine running at half speed counts as half up.
These are the figures our owners are billed on and our hosts are held to. The gap between the two lines is under-performance: machines that were on but not delivering.
