The dollar value of every open bitcoin futures position on the major venues, with CME on its own.

Open interest is the value of every futures contract still open: every long matched by a short. It rises when traders add leverage and falls when they close, or are forced to close, positions.
Rising open interest with a rising price is new money leaning long; open interest falling while price climbs is shorts being closed, a short squeeze. CME is the venue US institutions use, and its share tells you how much of the leverage is theirs.
