Firsthand Bitcoin · Data · Bitcoin miners
What one petahash per second of mining earns per day, in dollars, since 2013.
$40/PH/day on Sep 21, 2026, against $52/PH/day a year earlier.
Hashprice is the day’s mining revenue divided by the hashrate competing for it: the subsidy and fees that one petahash per second earned that day. It is the single number that turns a machine’s hashrate into dollars.
It falls over time as hashrate grows and halves at every halving, and it rises with the bitcoin price and with fees. Where we measured it ourselves, from our own fleet, that is the figure shown; before that it is computed from the network.
